  weekend of the 2024 Assembly of Delegates\, all BPW\, prospective members
 \, and their partners are invited to spend an inspiring weekend in Lausann
 e. \n	\n	\n	There is only space for a limited number of participants at the w
 orkshops. If a workshop is fully booked\, we will transfer the excess part
 icipants to another workshop.\n	\n	\n	The prices do not include alcoholic bev
 erages\, with the exception of the aperitif / welcome drink.\n	\n	\n	Partners
  can enjoy an exciting supporting program including lunch during the day o
 n Saturday and are welcome at the gala evening on Saturday evening.\n	\n	\n	R
 egistration for our Assembly of Delegates weekend will be handled via a ti
 cket system. This lets you put together your own individual program and pa
 y conveniently by credit card\, Twint\, or\, just like before\, on account
 . After you have paid\, you will receive the ticket electronically. This i
 s why you have to purchase separate tickets for partners.\n	\n	\n	Ticket pric
 es include a fee of CHF 15.00 per person for BPW Switzerland.\n	\n	\n	A limit
 ed number of places are available for the 'Late Giacobbo” performance. Tic
 kets can only be purchased until 30 April\, 2024\, via BPW Winterthur. Tic
 ket booking is mandatory\; the invoice will be sent by email. Tickets will
  be handed out at the welcome drink in the Casinotheater.\n	\n	\n	Registratio
 n is binding. If you cancel your registration by 30/05/2024\, you will be 
 charged an amendment or cancellation fee of CHF 30.00. If you cancel your 
 registration later or fail to cancel\, you will be charged the entire part
 icipation fee.\n	\n	\n	After Thursday\, 30 May 2024\, you will only be able t
 o book to attend the Assembly of Delegates\, not including any meals.\n	\n
 \n\n Please note\n\nPhotographs and/or film recordings (including sound) w
 ill be made of the event. Anyone who does not wish to be photographed or f
 ilmed can contact the photographer or camerawoman directly. The recordings
  may be used by BPW for online communication\, social media\, newsletters\
 , website\, print media\, etc. and will be archived by BPW Switzerland.\n
