This year, our annual magazine focuses on the 2023 Swiss federal elections. As in 2019, the political breadth of BPW is evident! BPWs from nearly all political parties in the country are standing for election and thereby representing professionally and politically committed women who want to help shape our politics and are dedicated to creating good conditions for professional and business women.
Another focus is our LENA scholarship, which supports women going through a financial crisis on their path to economic independence. This year, you can support our scholarship program by buying a raffle ticket and perhaps becoming a winner yourself.
We are also paying tribute to our former member Elisabeth Kopp, who passed away this year on Good Friday. She made history as the first female Federal Councilor in Switzerland. Read a retrospective of her life and an obituary by Monique Ryser.
