Our websites log all requests and accesses by visitors to our websites and automatically store this information temporarily on the website's server. The clubs or their data controllers collect the information provided by their members / prospective members (such as their home address, their date of birth, and an e-mail address) by means of a data collection form and enter it in BPW Switzerland's electronic database. After they join a club, the login details for the database will be sent to the member. The member can then manage and add to their personal data themselves. The member database serves as an up-to-date directory of memberships, for personal networking, as well as for commercial use by members, provided that transmission for commercial purposes has been approved by the Central Office and the individual members have consented to the use of their personal data for commercial purposes.
The member's data will be completely deleted from the database within three weeks of the member's withdrawal (usually at the end of the calendar year). Data of prospective members, if they do not join as members, will be completely deleted from the database no later than two years after the data is entered.
If you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will use your e-mail address to send you event notifications or newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. To register, you must enter your e-mail address and your name and title.
If you would like to contact us, you can use the contact form provided on our website. Entering your name and e-mail address is required to use the contact form. By submitting your message via the contact form, you consent to the processing of your personal data in order to respond to your inquiry.
