Myriam Heidelberger Kaufmann, born in 1971, heads an organisation working with people with disabilities in the Bernese Oberland. She holds a Master’s degree in Non-profit Management and Law and has professional management experience in associations, clubs and public administration; she is a marketing specialist, a trainer in inclusive language, a humour coach and a leadership expert in the prison service. She is a member of the FDP, sits on the executive committee of alliance F, trains leaders in the prison service and has been a member of the National Commission for the Prevention of Torture (NKVF) since 2023.
Jana Fehrensen, born in 1970, is the director of the Langenthal Museum and curator of the Thunstetten Castle Museum. She is politically active as a member of the Swiss Federal Commission for Women's Issues, a city councilor in Langenthal, and a member of the Langenthal Compulsory School Committee. As the Central President, she is the head of the umbrella organization of Schweizerische Gemeinnützige Frauen (SGF), a non-profit women's organization that brings together around 30,000 women in Switzerland. She is also involved in various other non-profit organizations, including as President of the Heimatschutz Oberaargau heritage society.
Bettina Zimmermann, born in 1981, is an internationally experienced healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience in general management, global corporate strategy, and transformation at Roche. Over the past decade, she has built extensive leadership experience in international networks for women leaders, serving, among other roles, as Co-President in Brazil and Global Co-Chair of Roche's internal women's network.
Barbara Haller Rupf (1964) holds an MSc in Geography, an MSc in Sports Science, a teaching diploma for upper secondary schools, and an Executive MBA (EMBA). Since 2021, she has served as Managing Director of Academia Raetica, the association of research institutions, universities, and hospitals in the Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. Through her company, haller-tournet GmbH, she advises businesses, non-profit organisations, and educational institutions in Switzerland and abroad in the fields of education and tourism. Barbara is politically active in the Green Liberal Party. Since 2025, she has been a member of the Municipal Executive of Felsberg (GR), where she heads the Department of Education and serves as President of the School Board. Having chosen Graubünden as her home, she enjoys spending her free time in the mountains and the snow.
The graduate business economist works on all facets of administration with her "Office to go". This lets her combine her professional experience with the theory from her studies, to the benefit of companies and associations. She has previously worked in various assistant positions, both in the private sector and within the federal and cantonal government.
Vanessa Orlando (1994) is a financial expert and economist. She is currently completing her doctorate at the University of St.Gallen and works in the private equity sector. In addition to her main training, Vanessa has specialised in innovation management and controlling, as well as leadership psychology.
