Claudine Esseiva (1978) holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and is a member of the Board of Directors of Impact Hub Bern. She is also a member of the Board of alliance F.

The graduate business psychologist assists companies as an organizational developer and, as an author, entrenches the issue of intergenerational collaboration in the German-speaking realm. Sandra Jauslin (1975) is an administrator and contributes her business expertise from various roles in the food industry.

Dr. Rosanna Bertuccio

The linguist taught German language and literature at secondary school. As a researcher on gender (University of Basel), she deals with social contexts (family, school, etc.) that promote stereotypical ways of thinking and acting to the detriment of girls and women. She is a member of the Swiss Association for Gender Studies (SAGS).

Sandra Fröhlich

The qualified mechanical engineer has worked on engine test benches all over the world for New Sulzer Diesel. In 2008, the woman from Valais "settled down" and founded the mechanical workshop for vintage motorcycles "McSands Motor Shop GmbH". Sandra Fröhlich is also a delegate direct member of the ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich) Alumni and the Europe Swiss Representative of the AMCA (Antique Motorcycle Club of America).

Souad Haechler

Souad Hächler-Derrous, a professor of Philosophy and Literary Studies, holds a Master's degree in Literary Studies and a postgraduate degree in Pedagogy and Didactics. She has been a member of the Neuchâtel BPW club for 17 years. Her election to the Central Executive Committee gave her the opportunity to focus on Equal Pay.

Myriam Heidelberger-Kaufmann

The marketing specialist works as the managing director of an organisation for people with disabilities. She has a degree in NPO & Public Management from the University of Basel and is a trainer in fair speech. She is a member of the FDP, sits on the Board of Directors of SYPHON AG, Biel/Bienne and is a member of the National Commission for the Prevention of Torture (NCPT).

Sheerah Kim

Sheerah Kim (1987) holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has worked in the reinsurance industry for 15 years, and in strategy development for 7 years. Sheerah Kim was elected to the Central Executive Committee of BPW Switzerland at the Assembly of Delegates in 2022, has been a Communications Officer and Co-Facilator of Leadership Training at BPW Europe since 2021, and was the main organizer of the 9th Young BPW Symposium in Reykjavik, Iceland.
