With the LENA scholarship, we support women in emergency situations on their career path. Whether it be for planned lateral entry, training and further education or for a return to work. All women are welcome, regardless of where they come from and where they want to go.
The LENA scholarship was named after the American founder of BPW International, Lena Madesin Phillips, who devoted her life to women’s rights and equal opportunities.
Together, we give each of our scholarship holders the opportunity to get the best out of themselves. We accompany them on their journey with financial support and mentoring. As members of BPW Switzerland we stand for self-reliance, independence and self-determination.
